Transport from The Netherlands
To transport your horse from The Netherlands to another country, it is necessary for your horse to be certified by an NVWA veterinarian.
As an additional service, we can request and/or completely provide you with NVWA inspections. During the appointment, the medical examiner checks the horse’s identity and assesses whether the animal is fit enough to be transported. Upon “approval,” a certificate is issued allowing your horse to be exported within 48 hours. Applying for these inspections and certification is a complex procedure which we are happy to take care of for you.
Transport from another European country
If your horse is traveling from another country, we cannot provide an inspection and export certificate for you. However, we do provide all the documents you need to handle the certification yourself. We are also available for questions about this process.
